Well...we did it again.
144 Woburn Ave. was sold this evening for $835,000...thats 11.5% OVER the asking price of $749,000.
It was a terriffic property with a client who was ready to do the prep work required to maximize the marketability of the property, AND was willing to listen to the solid professional advice being offered. The result...as always when you have this combination, was spectacular.
